What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business, email address, phone number and the reason for your enquiry. When we provide support, we may also handle information about your devices, systems and users.
Website contact form
Our contact form sends your enquiry to our team by email using Resend, an email delivery provider. The form is protected by Cloudflare security services to block spam. These providers may process your details outside Australia, including in the United States, and we only share what is needed to deliver your enquiry. Please don't include patient health information or passwords in the form.
Our website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and invoice our services, and keep records of support work. We don't sell personal information.
Health information
When we support medical practices, we may be able to access systems containing patient health information. We access these systems only to provide the services the practice has asked for, and we keep that information confidential.
Remote support sessions
Remote sessions use Splashtop. One-time sessions only begin when you share a session code, and full-time access is set up only by arrangement with you.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls, encryption and secure disposal.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by calling 07 3820 8133. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
