OUR STANDARDEvery guide in the Triad knowledge hub is researched from primary sources such as the RACGP, OAIC, ACSC, ACMA and vendor documentation, reviewed by Graham and Dane from our team, dated, and updated when standards or products change. Guides are general information, not legal or compliance advice.
The process
Five steps for every guide.
- Answer a real question our clients ask
- Research from primary sources and link them in a Sources list
- Separate what sources say from our practical advice
- Review by Graham and Dane before publishing
- Date every guide and revisit it when standards change, such as the RACGP 6th edition transition
