Cute Chick Easter Cards!
Last weekend and this week were meant to be my Little Learners Easter events. For obvious reasons, these can no longer go ahead. I am really sad about this, however, I thought I would share with you one of the activities to make Cute Chick Easter cards or pictures that I had planned. Perhaps you could make them into cards and send to those family members you can’t see at the moment. They are also great fun to make!
What you need
- A potato masher
- Yellow paint
- Orange/yellow paper (or white coloured in with orange pen!)
- Googly eyes (optional)
- Black felt tip
Get making!
I think the picture is quite self explanatory above! All you need to do is dip the potato masher in the yellow paint and print either one or two circles on your paper. You can then cut out legs and a beak from the orange/yellow paper. For the eyes, add googly eyes or use a felt tip pen to draw them on.
Once it’s dry, you can cut out the chicks and stick them onto a card.
I really hope you enjoy making these and manage to have a lovely Easter weekend despite the strange circumstances. The weather looks like it’s going to be lovely so that’s a bonus!
